Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using stpeteoffline.com or any related services (the "Service") operated by Bondo Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Description of Service
Bondo Inc., a Delaware corporation facilitates introductions between individuals by organizing small-group, in-person activities and groups in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. Activities range from free community events to paid experiences such as dinners, recreation, or other outings. The Company acts solely as an organizer and matchmaker — it is not a party to any interaction or transaction between participants.
Registration & Account
To use the Service you must provide accurate information including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, gender, interests, and hobbies. You agree to keep this information current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Fees & Refund Policy
Sections 4.1 through 4.4 apply if you reserved under the $2.75 per-activity reservation fee. If you pay the $3.99 monthly membership, section 4.5 applies instead.
| Scenario | You Pay | You Get Back | We Keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| You attend the activity | $2.75 | $0.00 | $2.75 |
| You cancel (any reason) | $2.75 | $0.00 | $2.75 |
| No-show (no cancellation at all) | $2.75 + $15.00 | $0.00 | $17.75 |
| Company cancels the activity | $2.75 | $2.75 | $0.00 |
4.1 Reservation fee & card on file
A non-refundable reservation fee of $2.75 USD (including processing and applicable tax) is required to reserve a spot. Your payment card will be saved on file. You authorize us to charge $15.00 USD to that card if you no-show without canceling.
4.2 Cancellation & reschedule fees
You may cancel without a cancellation fee if you cancel at least 20 hours before the activity starts, within 16 hours of booking that time slot, or within 24 hours of first creating your account. Otherwise we charge a $10.00 USD cancellation fee to your card on file. You may reschedule without a $5.00 USD fee if you reschedule at least 16 hours before the activity starts or within 16 hours of booking that time slot. Otherwise we charge $5.00. The $2.75 reservation fee is not refunded when you cancel, except as provided in section 4.4.
4.3 No Chargebacks
By completing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider except in cases of unauthorized use of your payment method. Initiating an improper chargeback may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs.
4.4 Company Cancellations
If the Company cancels an activity for any reason, participants receive a full $2.75 refund. The Company's liability is limited to that refund only.
4.5 Membership subscription
If you join as a member, you authorize us to charge $3.99 USD per month to your card on file, starting when you subscribe and then on each monthly renewal until you cancel the membership. The membership fee is non-refundable. We do not refund unused time, missed activities, cancellations, or company-cancelled activities.
You may cancel the membership at any time. Canceling stops future monthly charges. It does not refund the current period.
A $15.00 USD no-show (flake) fee still applies if you no-show an activity without canceling. A $5.00 USD late reschedule fee still applies if you reschedule less than 16 hours before the activity starts (unless you reschedule within 16 hours of booking that time slot). Subscribers are not charged the $10.00 late-cancellation fee in section 4.2.
Your card stays on file so we can charge the monthly membership, the $15.00 no-show fee, and the $5.00 late reschedule fee.
Email & Privacy of Participants
When placed in activities and groups, you will be added to a group email thread. Your email address is hidden from other participants using blind copy (BCC) or equivalent techniques — participants cannot see each other's email addresses.
You agree not to attempt to identify, contact, harass, or stalk other participants outside the organized activity and group. Misuse of information obtained through the Service may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertisements, including in email footers and on our website. We do not share your personally identifiable information (name, email address, phone number) with advertisers. Only aggregated or anonymized data may be used for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or harm other participants
- Provide false or misleading information during sign-up

- Reproduce, sell, or redistribute any portion of the Service without written permission
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending refund.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that in-person social activities involve inherent risks, including personal injury, property damage, illness, or interaction with third parties. You voluntarily assume all such risks. The Company does not conduct background checks on participants and makes no representations regarding the character, identity, or safety of any participant.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY MATCHES OR GROUP COMPOSITIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BONDO INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bondo Inc., a Delaware corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your conduct caused damage to another participant or third party.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at Briggs@stpeteoffline.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
12.2 Binding Arbitration
ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's award is binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12.4 Exceptions
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Refund eligibility following termination is governed by Section 4.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
